Important 2026 reminder
SCDF states that Fire Certificates with validity start dates from 1 April 2026 onwards are generally valid for 36 months unless otherwise stated. Annual inspection and PE certification requirements continue. Do not treat the longer validity period as a pause in annual compliance activity.
